UBCP Summer Fly-in at Smiley Creek Saturday Dinner

This year we're looking forward to some barbecue made fresh from our friends just down the street. As members start paying for tickets ($25 per person for dinner), we're working with the caterers on the menu. So far, we've been talking pulled pork, brisket, ribs, salad, and all the fixins, with some sodas and other drinks possibly for our meal.
